The Heritage Hotel is a delightful place with immaculate cleanliness and charming decor. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making our stay feel special. The saltwater pools were a highlight, especially with the snowy scenery outside. However, one downside was that our room wasn't serviced during our stay, which was surprising. Overall, I would say it offers great value, especially for families looking to enjoy a mix of fun and relaxation.
